You’re the first person I’ve ever heard say that! They’re fantastic, aren’t they? it’s kind of amazing more people don’t eat them on a regular basis. (Or surrender the fight and let them grow in the garden on purpose.)

Same is true of so many ‘weeds’, right? Incredible that we go to such lengths to eradicate free, nutritious health food and medicine. Nature’s finest!

Gardening, farming, tending to the creatures and land, has its happy surprises.

Fat hen - would like to eat it, but not grow it. Having an alternative to spinach with more taste, and power packed with goodness is great!

Yeah that would be the ideal, I agree. Free access to lovely delicious greens without letting them anywhere near your garden!!
